This website provides information about AWUS DIGITAL marketing, website and business software services. Submitting an enquiry, consultation request or software demo request does not by itself create a service contract.

Project quotation and scope

Projects are based on a quotation, proposal, scope or agreement issued after requirements are reviewed. Deliverables, timelines, support and payment terms are governed by that approved commercial document.

Scope changes

Requests outside the agreed scope may require a revised quotation, additional approval or an updated delivery timeline.

Customer-provided content

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to provide logos, images, text, data and other materials supplied for a project.

Intellectual property

Ownership and usage rights for final project deliverables are governed by the applicable quotation or agreement. Pre-existing tools, code, libraries, licenses and third-party materials remain subject to their own rights and terms.

Cancellation and liability

Cancellation, refunds, liability boundaries and project-specific obligations are governed by the issued quotation or agreement. Website information is general and may change as services evolve.
